Maybe because we design a lot of sports equipment, we’ve applied
good sportsmanship to the way we conduct our business. We treat our
employees to morale-building outings, and transformed our office into
a very inspiring space. And we didn’t overcharge our clients
to do it.
Cool doesn’t have to cost more. The desks and chairs are reconditioned
pieces. Our conference room tables are recycled racquetball court walls.
Even the rock wall – doesn’t everyone have one? – is
second hand. Value isn’t what you spend, but what you get for
the money.
Our down-to-earth approach keeps things in perspective. We strive
to be successful, but we display our work, not our awards.  |
