PROJECT: Bottle / Sprayer Design and Engineering

Calmar approached us to improve the design and engineering of a sprayer valve assembly. We used an existing mechanical platform but created changes which resulted in a larger, more ergonomic handle with emphasis on easier valve control while reducing development cost by approximately 50%.

Our contributions to these projects included research, 2-D and 3-D concept development, 3D CAD modeling, prototyping, and engineering.

We've designed and engineered other bottles with sprayers.
