Paul Kolada will be speaking at the IDSA Mideast Conference on
"The Art of Relationships and the Science of Business".

Since 1990, Priority Designs has grown from a one-man-shop to a leading ID consultancy with more than 50 designers, engineers, and model makers. Priority has been honored on the international stage for its creativity and problem solving capabilities with clients such as; TaylorMade, Adidas, Lowe's and American Standard.

Not impressed with rat-racing, ego-driven design firms, Paul surrounded himself with designers who shared his passion for the work (and not the hype). They started small, but clients liked how they thought big. Before you knew it, the business was growing.

Paul’s optimistic attitude resulted in revolutionary new rules:

• eliminate the hierarchy; let designers think freely
• listen to your clients and be a true partner
• prioritize – let employees have rounded lives

The long-term relationships we’ve built with clients – and with employees – are as important to us as any design award. (But we’re pretty proud of those too!)
