3M introduces new bath accessories designed by Priority Designs.

House ware design consultant specialists, Priority Designs, recently completed a new series of bath products for 3M. The bath accessories are designed to make use of 3M's exclusive Command Adhesive tape. The tape is a double sided adhesive tape that is meant to permanently attach objects to walls until the user decides to remove it, at which point it is easily removable without damaging the wall. The tape also has the advantages of holding up in hot, humid and wet environments and are a great alternative to damaging screws or unsightly, unreliable suction cups. hold up in hot, humid and wet environments and are a great alternative to damaging screws or unsightly, unreliable suction cups.

Because of our extensive experience designing home decor and house ware products, 3M hired Priority Designs to create this accessory line. One of the unique challenges of the project was that it would be marketed globally. Therefore Priority Designs helped 3M conduct international research to understand the style and usage preferences between North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. The final design reflects a blending of contemporary style preferences from these many different cultures.

Priority Designs contributions to this project included research, strategic positioning, concept development, 3-D CAD development, engineering, and overseas vendor coordination
