Holophane Lighting introduces new commercial lighting fixtures.

Recently, Holophane introduced to the public a new modular series of commercial lighting fixtures. The contemporary styled fixtures are unique in that they are designed to be modular. This feature allows interior designers to have a greater range of styles to pick from when specifying fixtures from Holophane.

Holophane asked Priority Designs to re-imagine the form and function of commercial lighting in big box stores and similar venues. Most lighting in this category is utilitarian in nature and not intended to be pleasing to the eye. Holophane thought differently. The result was a modular system of glass, frame and electrical components that can be assembled in numerous ways for a variety of looks and applications. Gone forever is the need for a bell-shaped light mounted to a big white box.

Priority Designs' contributions to the project were; concept and form development, generation of 3-D CAD data using Alias/Wavefront software and prototyping services. Shown are the photos of the final products.
