Priority starts the year with new employees.
Priority Designs welcomed several employees to our staff over
the past few months. The recent hires include Ryan Eder, Chris Boggs, Josh Sander, Ryan Crisp, Linda Siders, and Don Meves bringing our full-time
staff total to 50.
Ryan Eder joins us with two and a half years working experience in the design world. A recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Ryan majored in industrial design. Before joining Priority Designs, Ryan worked at Ziba Design, GE, and Fisher Design. For fun, Ryan swims, works out, and plays videogames. Two endearing attributes of Ryan are his redheaded sweetness, and the fact that he has a removable fake tooth.
Chris Boggs comes from a machining background and puts that knowledge to work as an industrial designer on our staff. Chris studied industrial design at the Columbus College of Art and Design. In his free time, Chris works on his car, shoots guns, and plays with his two dogs, Max and Henry. He is proud to say that he is the only guy putting a Corvette engine into a Volkswagen Rabbit. Josh Sander, a Minnesota native, came to Ohio for the first time to join our staff. He studied model making at Bemidji State, and brings knowledge of the model-making process to our team. Josh enjoys the ideation aspect of the design process and plays basketball and videogames on the weekends. Ryan Crisp comes to our staff with over 5 years of product development experience. A tinkerer by nature, Ryan loves technical engineering challenges. Ryan graduated from Ohio University, where he was best known for his extravagant Halloween costumes. Talented in the world of Pro-Engineer and Solidworks, Ryan has a unique understanding of creative approaches to manufacturing. Linda Siders, a veteran addition to our group, has 30 years of experience as a mechanical designer including work on electric motors, truck chassis, medical equipment, and gearboxes. A golf aficionado, Linda likes her speed, as shown by her love of waterskiing and fast cars. Don Meves is the newest addition to our staff and brings with him creativity that he uses specifically in the ideation processes of design. Don is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where he majored in mechanical engineering. Some of Don’s hobbies include cycling, snowboarding, and moonlighting as a rowing coach. |
