As support staff, I guess I am involved with every one of them. Herman and I must keep the staff going and productive for their clients. So even though I don’t see or interact much with clients, I am there in the background.

What is your speciality?
I am mainly involved in facility maintenance, but also assist with IT support and help out on any special projects.

What are you most passionate about?
My family first, but other than the obvious, I am a huge baseball fan. I am a member of the Society for American Baseball Research and a guest writer on a few websites. My favorite team is the Cleveland Indians.

What was your first car?
1983 Pontiac Firebird – it was black just like Kit from Knight Rider.

What was the first concert you went to?
I remember going to a county fair once with my parents when I was in like second grade to see Chubby Checker perform “The Twist”.

What is your favorite chair?
Any seat in any baseball stadium.

What was the last CD you bought?
Foo Fighters Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace – it is easily one of the top rock albums of the past decade
