PROJECT: Retail point of sale display design program
CLIENT: Adidas
Point of sale display design can make a significant impact on purchase decisions. Often our retail point of sale displays have been just as effective at selling product as the salesmen themselves. Such was the case with Adidas Golf. They came to us looking to increase their shoe and golf apparel sales
and asked us to help them redesign their retail golf point of sale display and
fixture program.
The challenge was to help educate buyers about Adidas’ proprietary
technologies. Using their classic three-stripe motif, we designed more
than a dozen different point-of-purchase display designs ranging from shoe racks to signage
to information kiosks. We worked with their manufacturing vendor and
provided assistance through production.
The point-of-purchase display design was very successful
for Adidas and they've asked to us to create each subsequent year’s redesign
since 2002.
