SERVICE:  CNC Machining, Milling & Routing

Our prototype lab offers precision CNC Machining, CNC routing, complete CAD/CAM design and manufacture of precision machined parts and milling.

When you need prototyping parts bigger than a breadbox we can machine them on one of our computer controlled machining stations. Utlizing 3D CAD that you've created or we can create for you in our engineering department we can create prototypes in wood, foam, plastics and soft metals.

     Our 3-Axis CNC machining specs:
     - Build envelope = 19" W x 39" L x 24" H
       (larger parts can be built by gluing multiple sections together)

For parts more like a pile of breadboxes, we utilize our CNC routing table.

      - Build envelope = 48" W x 84" L x 8" H
        (larger parts can be built by gluing multiple sections together)
