SERVICE: Vacuformed / Thermoformed Prototypes

We have the capability to vacuform a variety of plastics and we've created a wide variety of prototype parts using this process. An example being, the clear concave windows found on the front loading washer and dryer prototypes we’ve made for our appliance clients. For parts like these we create a 3D CAD model of the design. Then using a one of our CNC machines we make a pattern and polish it to a 2000 grit finish. We then vacuformed the windows using clear polycarbonate and trim to final specification.

• Maximum part size = 48” W x 72” L x 12” D
  
• Modeling material––acrylic, ABS, styrene, and other plastics
