PROJECT: Painting, Plating & Graphics Finishing of Appearance Models

We offer a huge array of painting, plating and graphics application options—smooth or textured, new or weathered, gloss or satin, polished or brushed. If it can be specified, we can apply it to an appearance model. We can also apply a coating to the inside of our cast parts for EMI/RF sheilding.

Examples:
For American Standard, evaluating a new faucet design in chrome is essential. To accommodate them we’ve developed several plating options that can give American Standard the quintessential chrome look they want at various levels of speed, quality and cost. Other times, we've also replicated the look of brushed satin, antique copper and oil-rubbed bronze. This allows them to have different options available to them depending on their time frame, level of realism needed, or budget.

TaylorMade Golf also uses our services to create clubs heads and shafts painted in a rainbow of colors, candies, metallics, and color shifting flakes. We apply graphics on the shafts too. We examine them indoors and outdoors, against carpet and grass—all in an attempt to find just the right shade. It’s our attention to detail that TaylorMade appreciates, in addition to our wide range of capabilities.
