for new designs. Such is the case for American Standard.
We routinely develop innovative new faucet concepts and coordinate consumer research for them. We maintain relationships with several external research specialists.
These external groups range from traditional focus group testers to on-line qualitative / quantitative researchers, each offering their own unique approach to research. These relationships allow us to offer mutiple research disciplines and help find the best fit for your needs. In the case of American Standard, they choose to focus group a series of computer rendered images to a large audience in a test facility. Test consumers gave their feedback via electronic instrumentation and then the results were tabulated.The quantitative research data gave American Standard the confidence to proceed with the program.
