Internally
Our designers and engineers conduct observational research, studying consumers through on-site investigations, qualitative questioning, competition benchmarking and exploration of new materials and technologies. We immerse ourselves in the culture of target consumers by studying traditional and online media. We also participate in relevant events and document our experiences with photography and video.

Externally
We maintain relationships with several focus group testers, sociologists, anthropologists, ethnographers, human-factors experts and research specialists to augment our own capabilities and can integrate them seamlessly into our processes.
