Rawlings recognized an opportunity in the category of youth baseball gloves and asked us to develop an innovative new product for the category. We found that a barrier to most kids’ enjoyment of the game came from their inability to catch the ball easily. To help them, we created the TP-105 Youth glove for beginners. It features a 3-finger design that flexes easily and has a unique web which expands upon impact to help trap the ball.
