Software Tools

What tool do you need for the job? We use a variety of CAD packages including: Solidworks, Creo, NX, Fusion 360 as well as analysis software ANSYS (linear and non linear), Matlab, Labview and many others. We know not every client uses the same tools and we strive to stay flexible to use the right tool for you.

Part Fabrication & Assembly

Part fabrication and assembly is our bread and butter. We strive to be proficient is all types of materials and knowing the correct one for your project: plastics, metals, elastomers, composites, fabrics, foams and alloys. The method is also important how are you going to make that part for the quantities and cost effectiveness you need? injection molding, thermoforming, vacuum forming, blow molding, extrusion, compression molding, rotational molding, metal casting, forging, stamping, welding, machining or sheet metal design.

Engineering Development

With decades of experience in product design engineering, we have the experience to handle any type of development program. From proof of concept prototypes to traditional CAD support all the way to complete production ready databases, our diverse team of mechanical and electrical engineers can provide a full range of activities. Engineering Testing & Analysis

Our engineering testing and analysis can help. From hand calculations to full risk analysis, our engineers can create a test plan and validate your design criteria.
