Alicia found Priority Designs through her internship program at the University of Cincinnati and during her time here, she fell in love with the people and culture, and has stuck around ever since! Her main goal is trying to get at the heart of user needs and designing solutions that serve people in practical ways.

Alicia works in user experience, research, and industrial design. Day-to-day you can find her translating complex user experiences into intuitive and engaging interfaces, building wireframes, moderating research sessions, or working on brand strategy.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends, giving back to the community, and dedicating time to her Bible study. An introvert at heart, she enjoys balancing her relational time with resting in nature by hiking, hammocking, paddle boarding, or camping!
