Karlee helps keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes at PD. An Ohio University graduate with a degree in Business Management Technology, she brings experience from the powder coating industry, where she partnered with customers to improve processes and maximize operational efficiency. She’s always willing to lend a hand, keep things organized, and support the team wherever needed.

Outside of work, her hobbies include curating playlists, reading horror stories, playing turn-based video games, and spending time with friends. She is passionate about animal welfare and conservation and hopes to one day open her own nonprofit cat sanctuary. Until then, you can find her befriending bugs and scouting for the perfect matcha.
