“KB” is a pro heart to heart conversationalist who isn’t afraid to dig deep into the bigger questions, and asking why or how we can reframe our limiting beliefs. Originally coming to Priority Designs as a Soft Goods designer, she has pivoted into an HR role focusing on what she loves most about our company: the people, and the culture!

Day-to-day, she works on nuts and bolts HR to keep us up and running, while also making sure that every single person feels seen, heard, cared for, and valued to the best of her ability.

Outside of her passion for people she loves being outdoors – hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, canoeing, health and wellness, and (most importantly) connecting on a regular basis with her family and friends.
