It could be argued that Reade’s most impactful education was from a playpen as he watched his father build architectural models in the mid 1970’s. His formative experiences include studying design in Finland, interning at a design firm in Germany, and (wait for it) …the first ever intern at Priority Designs!

Reade honed his skills at a large R&D company, starting in a prototyping lab and later leading a team in human-centered design. He eventually returned to Priority Designs to help expand our medical device capability. In 2021, he was named one of two Principals at PD, where he now focuses on empowering our staff to shape the future of the company and navigate the challenges of an ever-changing product development world.

When not puzzling about work, Reade enjoys being a long-suffering Everton FC soccer fan, gardening, rehabbing guitars, and (re)learning how to play!
