PD Creates Ideabook for Columbus IDUS

Columbus has a vibrant design community that feels passionately about our city! To celebrate its richness during this Bicentennial year, The Center for Architecture and Design invited creatives to submit their vision of what Columbus could be in the future. As a result, hundreds of “Ideabooks” are currently on exhibit downtown, with authors connected to our city from throughout the country. To do our part, we proposed a Light Rail concept to Link various communities in our city. Eight of our designers contributed to Priority Designs’ Ideabook, each person addressing a different aspect of our mass transit concept, to offer a new icon for our city. It was a lot of fun developing the concepts, and in seeing the work of the remarkable creative talent in Columbus.
