With metal fabrication, we have the ability to create metal parts and assemble them into final prototypes. Having a large range of tools and strong metal fabrication expertise allows us to move quickly into the prototype process with substantiation components that can work just like a production product. During the design and engineering process, we can create jigs and fixtures to supplement teams and testing before costly manufacturing is pursued.
CUT, BEND, AND ATTACH
Our shop uses traditional and advanced processes for cutting and fabricating metal parts from large, heavy machined products to small and delicate pieces. To cut metal parts we use manually operated machinery as well as a variety of CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machines. Our fabrication experts use a range of processes including metal welding, brazing, fasteners and structural adhesives.
