Multiple-body assemblies that house multiple mechanical and electrical components understandably create confusion when it all comes together. We tend to fabricate prototypes as efficient as possible from the beginning stages of development. We support and inventory off-the-shelf fasteners, hardware, and materials to make products efficient as possible in order to forecast the mass production outcome.

Case Study: Barco
Our finessed manufacturing techniques are perfect for actual production parts. The housings we cast from the tools we fabricate here are sufficient enough to surpass QC when compared to traditional manufacturing. Barco wanted durable housings for their flight simulation monitors that reflect the high-tech standards of their brand. We provided a turnkey development solution not only for prototyping, but for design and engineering as well. Each assembly was comprised of 5 individual parts. And HUNDREDS of assemblies were cast in-house using silicone tooling we produced. The resins we selected are made to withstand commercial use, and they were cast in-color with molded-in brass inserts for accurate and repeatable assembly. As a final touch, the inside of the housings are sprayed with a copper EMI electrical shield coating.
