Nike Vapor Irons Debut
Nike unveiled the Vapor family of irons this week, showcasing a pinnacle Nike innovation: Modern Muscle. The Modern Muscle puts the iron’s center of gravity in the center of the clubface, which yields more efficient, pure strikes. The innovation has already contributed to a major championship victory when Rory McIlroy put a prototype Vapor Pro Combo 2-iron (MM Proto) in the bag and went on to win the 2014 Open Championship.
Nike and Priority Designs collaborated to bring this line of flagship irons to market by combining our engineering and design specialists.
