Functional prototypes not only need to look like super models, but they need to function as well. We combine all areas of discipline to demonstrate radical ideas. They work. They look amazing. And they’re the closest to production, available before production. We tend to believe “if it can’t be made here, it can’t be made.” It certainly can’t be made better.
Whether you provide the internal components, or we source them for you, we have the means of making products work – or demonstrate why it won’t. If an off-the-shelf part won’t fit the requirements, we’ll make it fit, OR we’ll make them ourselves. Best of all, we’ll execute the design exactly how you want it, regardless if it can be mass-produced.

Case Study: Cannondale CERV Bike
Cannondale approached us with a radical, non-traditional design for a forkless steering mechanism on a concept bike. We love these types of projects. The concept had not been proven yet, so we engineered, built it in CAD, and fabricated a progressive series of breadboard models to validate, and bring their vision to life. The success and proof of a working model followed suit with the development of a fully functional prototype bicycle that made its debut in Germany at EUROBIKE 2012. The prototype consisted of elaborate machined aluminum mechanisms, machined billet ABS wheels, SLA housings, stainless steel laser-cut rotors, and let’s not forget, the impeccable paint job. It comprised of a shaft rear drive, Cannondale’s Lefty single-sided swingarm, integrated disc brakes, and not to mention the forkless steering!
