With a passion for learning and self-development, Mike Groll brings a ‘get-it-done’ attitude to the prototyping lab. He holds a BFA in Industrial Design with a minor in Interior Design from the Columbus College of Art and Design and has earned TIG, MIG, and stick welding certifications from the Hobart Institute of Welding. Mike’s diverse hands-on experience spans several years in various shops and labs across the country. Above all, he is a dedicated team player committed to excellence.

An Eagle Scout and lifelong outdoorsman, Mike enjoys big game hunting, fishing, boating, hiking, and traveling the globe. In his free time, you’ll find him outdoors with his fiancée, Maddie, and their dog, Eva Boo.
