Something Truly New
DXV’s 3D printed faucets are the world’s first commercially available, residential faucets manufactured with 3D metal printing. American Standard challenged our team to employ metal laser sintering technology to create a completely new vocabulary in faucet design.
With a nod to history and an emphasis on luxury, the Trope and Vibrato faucets emphatically do what could not be done with conventional manufacturing processes. The designs celebrate water in a captivating way while delivering one of the most elusive and endearing of consumer benefits; a sense of wonder and delight.
In close collaboration with American Standard, the Priority Designs team crafted and refined the Trope and Vibrato through sketching and initial CAD.
