Accidents happen. When your flagship prototype drops, cracks, or scratches, don’t panic. Our shop uses a variety of machines, processes and craftsmanship to repair the prototype to mint condition. Rather than incurring the cost of creating a new prototype, we can save an incredible amount of time and budget to repair the existing prototype. But not just repair it. You’d be hard pressed to spot where the damage was in the first place.
JUST LIKE NEW (EVEN BETTER)
Whether it’s structural damage, missing components or a damaged finish, we have the tools to fix it. Plastics are mended by mechanical means or glues, then blended to disappear. Cracked features in a metal part are welded back to original condition. Missing components can be reproduced by 3D printing, casting, machining or a variety of other methods.
For scratches or scuffs we sand, buff and tape off the damage. Then, we color match paint and texture in-house, blending the repair carefully to the rest of the model. We’re problem solvers. Whatever the damage, we will find a solution to fix it and assemble the final parts seamlessly. When you get it back, it might even look better than the original.
